WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
While we continue to navigate and respond to current events, LEE LONDON is committed to making the safety of our employees and community of customers a top priority. As we fulfill orders and process returns at our warehouse, increased safety precautions are being taken at every step, and we are doing everything we can to get your orders shipped in accordance with our regular schedule.
Please note: The shipping time frames below are estimations and are not guaranteed. Due to the high volume of orders, weather-related shipping delays, and the general state of the world right now, orders placed during the month of December may be delayed past the dates below due to factors beyond our control.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. We do not ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, EU or any other country or territory at this time. We are working on expanding to other countries soon. Please note: Not all items can be shipped to all countries. Thank you for your patience as we expand our international presence.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE SHIPPING COST?
Standard USPS shipping is used on every order up to five units per order. Five or more units will be shipped USPS with standard insurance Please note that order processing may take up to two business days after the order is placed for standard shipping. Orders placed after 2 p.m. CST or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Email and enter the email address that you used when you purchased the item being returned. You will receive an email from which you can access the Returns Center. Once you access the Returns Center, print the prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and take the package to a drop-off location. Please note that the return label fee is USD$3 for U.S. returns, which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own return shipping method (on US orders only), please reference the return form in the Return Centers for return instructions. Once you’ve filled out the form, pack the return items in original condition with the return form and send to the returnable address noted in the Return Center.
Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

LATE RETURNS
Any item returned more than thirty days after receipt is not eligible for refund.
